Water Leak

I have been a proud owner of a 1995 Del Sol VTEC for over 4 years. The car has been amazing; fast, great fuel economy, easy to park and a lot of fun to drive. It has been worry-free for the time that I have owned it, except for the usuall expected maintenance.

Last fall I noticed that there was a water leak in an awkward location. I found the leak only because I actually hear water splashing around when I'm driving. The location of the water is between the trunk and the cockpit, where the rear window rolls down into. So far I have been pumping the water out with a Shop-Vac and a long hose.

If anyone else has had a similar problem or knows a solution/ source of the leak, please let me know

Thanks

Alright...I can see that this issue has been already discussed here multiple times. Thanks to Buddysol for the helpful links to insttructions for possible solutions

I have alos found some links on teamdelsol.com for fixing the trunk leak problem.

Sail Clips: http://www.teamdelsolwa.com/howto/trunkleak.htm

and

rear air outlets: http://www.teamdelsolwa.com/howto/trunkleak2.htm

I have not yet tried any of these suggestions, but I will and post how it worked out for me.
