Like im sure in IL crapt is prolly expensive because you have Chicago, a popular city, and in states like Alabama the value for money is lower because there is much less population and stuff isn't as expensive. I make $7.50 at Target, so I'm not sure. 87 - $2.77 89 - $2.85 93 - $2.97 Not too bad, but bad enough to convince me to give my car a thorough tune up.
