EH6TunerDaniel
Good luck man, too bad Im not closer I would help you. Its easy, but I had to use an improvised alignment tool once too and that sucked.
sohcVTEC-E
Fidanza flywheel. I need to wheel it around somehow and my old ass skateboard seemed perfect. She's bolted down... don't worry. Pickle fork is free from one of my friends.

sohcVTEC-E
Did he give it to you black like that? You know it. Black is seXXXy. When I go in my garage and look at the trans sitting there... It makes me horny. Sorry SolLes, would have been keeping you posted via text but I got a new phone and lost all my numbers. SolLesHonda
PM me, and I'll give you my number. Looks good, but I would have went with High Temp Silver for that extra clean look. looks good nonetheless.
sohcVTEC-E
Black FTW. You have been PMed. We have to set up another meet....

sohcVTEC-E
Don't use a pickle fork. Thats how you destory abll joints. Yeah but I don't want to destroy my ratchet... I'll try rigging a jack stand on the steering knuckle somehow and then I'll lower the car on it... Edit- I do not remember PMing you last night SolLes lol. I was crapfaced. sohcVTEC-E
Quicky update. Started working on trans at 5. Got the old one out by 6, new one in by 8 (after a pizza break). Lost the starter bolts and one clutch slave cylinder bolts. Put suspension back together (f*ck that took a while... Half shafts did not want to go in diff) done by like 9ish. Ran out of daylight. Need to find starter bolts tomorrow morning. Will probably just run with one clutch slave cylinder bolt. Also need to hook exhaust/intake back up and fill her up with trans fluid. Clutch engages and disengages nicely... that is all I guess. I also have three big bolts left over. I am going to try and figure that one out tomorrow morning too. I also lost the pin for the shift linkage. effed in the a if i don't find that...

As I said I just ran out of daylight to find all the odds and ends. Everything will be okay tomorrow, I am confident of that cuz everything just seemed to work out today with the trans. TS John
Get one of those trays that are magnetic for all your loose bolts etc. They are mad helpful.
sohcVTEC-E
Got everything bolted up. I raised the front of the car and started it... Shifted into first. Clutch isn't fully disengaging and there is a god awful clicking noise which has to be coming from the axles. Any ideas?
SolLesHonda
..SSR.. sent you a tranny with a bomb in it. Lol.
sohcVTEC-E
It doesn't go into any gears but first. Have to force it into first. Clutch cover plate was the culprit for the clunking noise. Clutch still doesn't fully disengage. I'm fairly certain the transmission is fine. Something is wrong with my clutch though. sohcVTEC-E
Car is getting towed to my friend's shop. I'm getting a new clutch put on... I am too worn out to drop my trans again and this is my daily driver. :( I'm depressed.
..SSR..
You don't need a new clutch. Don't force it into gear. That is how you bend a shift fork and have to pay to get it rebuilt.

Lol I know we talked about this... I didn't really force it into gear. It needed some persuasion though. My clutch disc looks like it doesn't have much life left...... I don't need to dish money out for this one lol. My friend is dropping the trans and re aligning the clutch for free.
sohcVTEC-E
I'm a f*cking idiot... I put the disc on backwards. I was too excited and was rushing the job... Destroyed the clutch disc. Have my old disc on there now...... I feel like such a moron.
