krazy93accord Posted August 17, 2006 Share Posted August 17, 2006 I have a 93 Honda Accord with remote start... Sometimes when I push to start it doesnt start.. It sounds like its gonna start but it doesnt so I know its not the remote... If I try it a few times it will start... It doesnt do it all the time but enough... I was thinking weak battery?? That Guy Posted August 18, 2006 Share Posted August 18, 2006 crappy remote start system. mine does it too, sometimes your car needs to be cranked a couple extra time to get it started and the remote start only tries for 2 seconds and wont retry on its own. i wouldnt do anything to it, if it aint broke, dont fix it. you say it works most the time so i would just deal with it. like i said mine does it too on my truck and im not trying to fix it if it works the majority of the time.
