garrettacura
So I advanced the timing on my 89 accord and finally got it started, but i have to keep pressin the gas peddle to keep it going, and i tried pushin it all the way to the floor and it didnt do anything lol, just stays around 1500 rpms, if that really, and runs extremely rough, so anything to try next? already replaced distributor and battery, and checked compression on cylinders and its good. Mr_Pink
you need to "un-advance" your timing just enough so that your car will actually run
