Buddy Cole Posted March 5, 2007 Share Posted March 5, 2007 soo, i got a new starter disconnected trhe battery to put it on, then when i go to reconnect the battery the alamr goes off. so normally i would just hit the button on my clicker but it didn't work, so i go run andbuy a new battery. it still doens't work. so i guess the clicker is dead, and since i can't disengage the alarm, i can't start my car because its cutting off the ignition. its a viper alarm system i'm pretty sure, it was on the car from the previous owner. so my question, how in gods name do i disconncet the alarm? or can i take it down to a shop, one where my fried works, and can they get me a new clicker or what? i've been working on this thing all day.
