Dabbs93Accord Posted April 2, 2007 Share Posted April 2, 2007 Well you will need the grommets, but also the valve cover gasket itself. Pretty simple fix. Clean the valve cover and surfaces up well. The grommets probably won't be easy to get out, but not impossible by any means. Get some RTV and put a dab or two on the corners. May not seem to make sense but you'll see what I mean.
