nater
I have a 1989 accord sei fuel injected 2.0L. Recently while driving the engine light comes on and when I stop turn the car off and restart the light resets. but comes back on after I start driving again. Also lately while sitting at stop lights the car will suddenly almost stall but then pick up rpms. And sometimes after driving on the highway and I stop the car when I try to start it, it will turn over but will not fire, after letting it sit for 20 min. or so I turn the key and it fires right up. In the past month I have gone thru 2 rebuilt alternaters. any ideas ????
EH6TunerDaniel
Pull the code for the cel and fix the problem. Clear the code and see if it comes back.

skulptr
might be easier to just get the cel codes off your ecu rather than tryin to chase down an obd1 reader.
