91hbcivic Posted June 20, 2008 Share Posted June 20, 2008 I purchased a 1993 acura integra and i am having some issues with the axles. It has a b16a gen 1 obd1 (xsi swap). I am told it also has a y1 transmission. I just started getting into hondas and dont know a whole lot about them but for some reason. The integra keeps snapping axles. Im not a hard driver on my cars and the last one snapped when i was just pulling out pretty gently. I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions of a performance axle to buy or something that will allow me to drive the car without snapping axles. This car seems like its a pretty solid car but still figuring out everything that it has done to it. It also has full tein coilovers and rides pretty nice. I was told that it keeps snapping because of the way they sit, but i see alot of lowered cars and i dont think it could be all because of that.
