Heavy Mental
SO... I have a 90' accord LX and am constantly turning wrenches on it, its fun for me to mess with stuff. I recently have removed the whole stock intake, when I noticed a little black box located (if you’re staring down at the battery from the front of the car) to the left of it. I have no idea what it is, what I do know is that it attaches to the throttle body and has a sensor attached to it. If any one has a clue as to what this box is which I'm pretty positive some one does, it would be nice to 1 know what it is? And 2 do I need it there or is it just more stock plastic chocking my motor.

Heavy Mental
I found what it is but even when searched it still resolves to nothing, my question is it has been removed, ran the vehicle with it removed at an idle could hear the air of course being sucked through the vacuum plugged the vacuum motor tightened quick idle steadied great!!!!!!!!! Now my question is will I float a valve? I've noticed a gain in pull in each gear and the intake sounds more throaty just curious if it’s a necessary part of the vehicle.
