zoltron30
hi guys my 2001 honda accord needs front lower ball joints. honda is charging over 400.00 including labor and canadian tire wants around 325.00. i dont know how to install them myself so i was thinking of letting my local mechanic install them for me at a much cheaper rate. just wondering if i should my mechanic do the job or have it done professionally? thanks! Kegger
Ball joints are balljoints. Your mechanic could do just as good a job as the other two and you save a good chunk of change at the same time.

James Matteu
I say lube them and see where you stand.
Velocifero
I say lube them and see where you stand. And replace the crapty rubber bushing with a polyurethane bushing. Might last longer than you think.
