DonHomer Posted October 18, 2008 Share Posted October 18, 2008 Good evening all. I purchased an 08 Civic about a year ago and finally feel up to making some audio mods. I have a Navi system, but no added sound packages. I was hoping to put a sub in the trunk utilizing line inputs (for ease of installation). I then wanted to get some nice 2 or 3 way speakers for the rear deck. The key change is to get a component system for the front. Can anyone provide information on how the factory "tweeters" are wired and how I can swap the door woofers and dash tweeters for a component system? In my old Passat the dash got audio and then passed it to the doors allowing me to easily place a crossover in between. I am hoping Honda did something similar. Thanks for any assistance!
