hbgrealtor
Hello. I have a 1996 Del Sol. 196000 miles. Stock. One day it wouldn't, I checked for spark. There was none. Replaced the distributor and the rotor and cap. It started right up. An hour later it wouldn't start. Got another distributor. Started right up. an hour later it wouln't start. The next day I was checking for spark and it had spark. Started up. A couple hours later it wouldn't start. Swapped out the ECM. Nothing. Does anybody know what is wrong with this car. Thanks for your help.

Orca89
I'd bet it's the engine ground... Just get some fine grit sandpaper and make the contacts nice and shiny. If that doesn't fix it... Probably needs a new coil
