DarioMarroquin Posted October 16, 2011 Share Posted October 16, 2011 I have the dash out and the 4 nuts that I can see that hold the unit that the core is in. I've removed the strap connecting the a/c coil. I've pulled the heater hoses. I can wiggle the damn thing but can not get it out. I have had my gf wiggle the unit and look on both sides of the firewall but can not get the damn thing out Are there any other fasteners? or should I remove the lower ducting piece that provides are to the rear under the seats? I appreciate any help,. this is my mom's car and they sure could use the heater now with the colder weather, I have 2 pretty young step siblings. I've done these jobs before on other makes but this one sure is a PITA. I just dont want to go breaking something tugging on it so I gave up last night. I googled this and couldn't find a damn thing helpful. Thanks I really appreciate and need the help to get this accord done and my family a bit more comfortable.
