99 honda accord, idles good, runs ok over 1500rpm, but wont accelerat

99 Honda accord, idles good, seems to run ok over 1500 rpm (not in gear), will not accelerate from off idle to 1500 rpm or above.

Stumbles and bogs down if you put it in gear and try to drive.

Ran ok one day and then won't hardly run the next. Got me baffled.

Definitely not drivable.

No check engine light, no codes.

Checked for vacuum leaks, loose connectors, checked TPS, resistance measures a little below specs with throttle closed. Ran out of time to check anything else.

It idles ok, but even with a little load from turning on the headlights, it wants to stall.

Any suggestions?
