Deejayphilo
I swap my blown engine with same F22. It crank freely when I put the timing belt but after I mate with the tranny I can't crank it manually anymore. Is it suppose to be like that...? Raley
Is it on the ground, in gear, clutch pressed?

You need to state if it is a manual transmission or not, plus the year... If you need a direct answer then it would be NO assuming it is off the ground.
