whodafnos Posted April 15, 2012 Share Posted April 15, 2012 I have a 89 Honda Accord DX 2.0 5 speed Carburated motor nothing modified.I ran out of gas put new gas in it primed it,wont start,tried pushing it and popping the clutch,still no start,towed it home,verified that the starter is good,verified that the starter when turning all belts including the timeing belt turned,removed the plugs to do a compressiojn check and got no compression on any cyclinder,removed the valve cover turned it over all valve springs seem to be working correctly removed the oil, and I am having a problem with the removal of the oil pan,but I need any suggestions from anyone please,when it ran out of gas there were no weird noises it just stopped.of course it chugged a little like any normal car does when it runs out of gas.if you want email me with ideas to mpc_@live.cpm Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
