TanaVP
I bought a cold air intake, cheap might i add from ebay for now, i was able to get the oem intake off and it was alil ripped so i had to replace it anyways, but i removed the air filter housing box, and connected the intake to the throttle body, only issue im havin now, is this box that has alil sensor connected to it, and this box is next to where the air filter box is and thats in the way of letting the intake rest so the hood can close all they way, my question is, do i take that box out aswell or what? James Matteu
Yes take out the box. It's a solenoid, not a sensor. Leave the solenoid connected to the vacuum line or remove the entire vacuum line and cap it off at the intake manifold.
