After replacing the door handle on the drivers door of a 98 Honda AccordI tried the door with the key and it would lock and unlock perfectly with the door panel off - once I put the door panel back on though I noticed that I could not lock the door manaully from the inside or use the key to lock the door - it seems the rod for the door lock is stuck and will not go up or down - anyone have any ideas why this would happen - does the power actuator need to be reset since I had everything disconnected??
