Thinking of buying an 02-05 Accord

Hi, I am thinking in the next couple of months looking for a 2002-05 maybe 06 could be in the price range. I recently found out that I do not have to worry about a timing belt as the 4Cyl has chains. But my question is, as I am most likely going to have to seek a higher mileage maybe 150,000+ car, is there anything else I need to look for, as far as any known problem issues, ie: head gaskets, trans problems. I just want to know what kind of problems to look for / expect I guess is what this is all about.
