mugen_accord Posted February 28, 2004 Share Posted February 28, 2004 There is NO way you have an F23 in your 1991 accord. The motor you have in your accord is the F20 the 2.0L 135HP model for the EX. The F23 is a 98-02 motor that was in the Vtec accords. Therefor it is not an F23 motor unless it was swapped in. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

2slowCB7 Posted December 3, 2011 Share Posted December 3, 2011 You can swap the camshaft out of a F22A6 if you wanna stay cheap...its a lil more aggressive cam. The exhaust manifold from the same motor flows a bit better and the ECU from the F22A6 (PT6) i believe? And one major thing is the IM and TB from a H22 or a H23...I would pick the H22. You can gain a lil more with all this IF you do have the F22 in there and not a F23. Or just do a G22 by puttin a H22 head on your F22 bottom end.
